Protection device
Boiler with computor control, has the following main functions and characteristics:
1, Users can set up start and stop time according to different requirment.
2, Over-temperature protection: if  furnace has ultra-high temperature, system will stop and send back a report.
3, The second over-temperature protection:if  the boiler shell's temperature exceeds 105 ℃, system will cut off the secondary circuit.
4, Automatic water level control: using  high-precision water level sensor for real-time monitoring of water level. Sensors detect the water level by intermittent pulse every one minute and send back to computer to ensure the water is in normal level.
5, Water protection:if the water in tank belowe the low water level, power will be cut off to protect the heating elements.
6, The water temperature display: boiler operation status will be showing on monitor.
7, Solenoid valve used as a replenishment device: can be fully automatic control without any worker guard.
8, Voltage, current abnormal protection: when voltage, current abnormal, the control system will automatically cut off power supply.
9, Boiler leakage protection: If control system detects any leakage, electric heating elements will automatically cut off power supply.
10, Abnormal protection function: When abnormal conditions, the boiler will stop running automatically.
